License agreement
Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to Sarté, unless a separate agreement is made.
Who can use Sarté
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sarté.
Your account
You need an account to use Sarté. You can sign in with Apple or with an email address and password. Keep your sign-in details safe.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, notes and labels you add. We store and process them only to provide the app. You are responsible for having the right to add them.
Subscriptions
Sarté offers a monthly and a yearly subscription. There is no free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- You can also manage your subscription in the app under Settings > Manage Subscription.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app under Settings > Delete Account. Your account is deleted immediately. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
